So some screenshots started appearing across the web earlier today of a JP group (FC/Server unknown at the moment) with loot from Turn 5 as well as locations near the exit from the Turn. I'm unsure at the moment if it was a legitimate (i.e. whether or not they used a well-known bug) kill or not, so take this with a grain of salt, but these are the rumors starting to float around.

JP member of my FC said bug kill. I don't know if they're trying to claim WF or not, but for now I'd say bullshit.

I assure you, that won't happen for a long time; any group that kills Twintania, if they're in their right mind, will have no plans of releasing a video showing their strategy for the kill. At least not for a few weeks.

What would be the main reason for not releasing a video right away aside from waving their e-peen that they killed him legit (which no one would believe at all until said video is released/SE personally confirms it due to the bug(s) anyway)? Coil has no money drops and Turn 5 is difficult enough that you can't just sell a win just yet.

I guess they could just keep that shit to themselves then later say "Btw we were WF legit, sup."

Guilds that obtain world first/2nd kills (Paragon, Method, Ensidia etc) in WoW did not release videos until more guilds have killed it out of courtesy for the other guilds that are in the progression race (strats, mechanics, etc).

But then again, this is FF14 so maybe there will be video releases when it's downed legit for the first time /shrug.

I think the first one is saying Kyouken-san isn't trying to make a big deal about the clear because of an accidental bug. (That presumably gave them the win.)
