Her "revenge special" looks amazing. the ability to charm enemys for a turn? Fuckkkk yes. that could save you so many times if you are getting overwhelmed.
and underleveled, seems rather useless late game though.

Zeroken & Christo
I can't believe I've fallen out of love with this series, but I have. Its been a good ride, but I wish SE could have run the original FFT as hard as NI has run Disgaea.
I wonder what the sales numbers are going to look like.
Isn't this the JP release date? Up against two heavyweights on the same console on the same day...

Done and Done. I'm hope NISA sends sends me a letter eventually thanking me for putting their kids through college. Guess I'll pick up that slightly updated PS4 when it gets released next month finally.
Killia & Seraphina
Wonder how this game did so far? I plan to get it but I always hate how they release it for handhelds later rather than with the console release. I prefer to play these on handheld like vita.
From what I heard, Japan didn't support it very highly because of it requiring a PS4. Japan has been slow to upgrade, especially with mobile being so massive over there, so NI was hoping on NA carrying the load.
I think its pretty disgusting that you still have so many Japanese devs going for a "Japan-first" mindset in regards to their games, and then their own country turns around and fails to support them because "its easier to play my date train rape simulators on my phone". Something's going to have to give. Either Japan:
1) Takes more of a world focus in their games in response to Japan abandoning console gaming or...
2) Japan develops fewer and fewer games in response to Japan abandoning console gaming.
lol strangely enough I agree with you.
I'm sure its frustrating for JP devs, but its frustrating for the rest of the world as well. On one side, you have westerners who want more pure JP content made and translated, and that doesn't happen because those pure JP games are made for JP, who isn't buying them because mobile trash. On the other side, you have westerners like me, who want Japan to embrace the world more and Japan less, but even that isn't happening because of the driven mindset to produce nothing but JP products, then funnel them out to everyone else, but again, there's not enough of a home JP buying market right now to support it.
Japan is fantastic as long as Japan supports Japan. When their own stop buying shit, Japan fucking flounders because this traditional rhetoric only lasts so long as your country continues to support your tradition. Once that dries up, traditionalists have nothing left to stand on, and they wither.
Its frustrating as a person who can't do anything to assist the situation, yet is ignored by the majority of devs there. I have to do a better job than the dev's own fucking kin, and the devs still don't recognize my kind even after I support them. You wind up feeling disgusted at the devs, even more disgusted at the JP citizens, but the disgust doesn't help the situation so its pointless.
Did anyone get this? How is it?
