Wow, season 2 comes much earlier than I expected. I am pleased.

Fiancee decided she wanted to watch too so I had to start over last night. I got up to Ep4 and have a maybe spolierish question.

So Karen was attacked because she found out about the "pension" account. She went to Tom? (the legal guy) who was then killed immediately after she met with him before she was able to tell him much according to her story. According to the guy's wife, however, he had found out about something which he had mentioned to the wife before he was killed. There would not be time for him to tell his wife anything according to Karen's story.

Did they find two separate things? Will we get any closure on this whole incident or is it basically just over now? It seems to me that they had both found something unless Karen had met the guy more than once which was not what was implied.

Dan looked into it before meeting with Karen to discuss it. He probably asked around the office or asked the wrong people and was followed to the bar after calling his wife and saying "yo honey I found some shit I have to talk to Karen" and the rest is history.

That makes the most sense, yeah. Not sure why that didn't occur to me. I guess I just assumed Karen didn't mention to him why she wanted to meet him after work for fear of someone hearing.
