i dont read the comics but have kind of a passing knowledge of shit in universe. that said, i assume nobu was trained by the hand(i think it's called?) and stick was answering to the real mandarin?

The fights are really solid. Well choreographed and not the shaky cam fights like some shows/movies. Also I agree with the rest holy shit episode 3. Just finished it, love this show already.

I think he's doing a good job. Yeah in the comics he's basically spherical but for live action at some point he's gonna need to fight DD.

Just finished my 13 hour binge.

This is the format I'd like to see with Marvels new no origin story policy. Even though the show starts 'in medias res' it still works fine as a great origin story. I like that there's tons of call backs to the greater MCU but it doesn't feel obnoxius like it was throughout most of Agents of Shields first half season and is a lot more subtle.

It just occurred to me that Marvel finally got to right one of wrongs of its movie right deals back in the 90s.
