Well, they don't show the act. Jesse says it, then cut to ambulance. Besides the word 'fuck' there's little that AMC can't show from that sequence. Earlier on though, a church full of people is incinerated. The Saint kills 17 cops and a bar full of people. They might lose a few advertisers over that. And then we move immediately to the New York arc with the Reaver Cleaver and it goes downhill from there :D

Severed penises seems to be a recurring theme in the book, so let's hope they keep the first one in for the role it plays much later on. :D
