Confirming that despite what they said, you can register multiple codes per account. Can only do one per character though.
Looks like is one code per SE account, coz I have 2 fixi account and just got 1 code

I plain didn't get one, in Japanese or English. Support has been weird evenr since I got my JP POL account linked to my NA Squarre Enix ID
Me, I didn't but it's a NA account to a NA square enix id. Tho the emails proly do not match b/c I changed it to mine on the sq.enix account after my bro half quit the game..
Got a confirmation of ticket receipt this morning.
About the same point I'm at, bungie. I did get a request last night for SE/POL ID and email address, so here's hoping I get a code before too much longer.
That's where I am, if I don't get code within a week or two I'm calling back. ^^
