Spoiler: show

The Blob will be in AoA, but the role will not be reprised by Kevin Durand from Wolverine. Instead, the role will be portrayed by an unnamed "540 lbs French-Canadian dude".
He'll most likely get the Toad treatment. One line and someone will bump in to him to show he can't be moved.
So FOX's shared X-Men universe just expanded quite a bit(maybe?). Two new shows ordered to pilot.
Hellfire will air on FOX itself while Legion will air on FX. Marvel itself has announced both on their site and are producing as well despite the issues they tend to have with FOX.

wtf is this I don't even...
How hard is it to copy and metalize this?
less hard than they think?
I'm thinking they're trying to exaggerate the "evil" aspect with the bird skeleton looking wings.
I could be giving them more credit than is due, though.
Just another example of FOX fucking up Marvel concepts. First it was Apocalypse, now Archangel.
Looks Egyptian to me. Like copper hieroglyphs.
Nope. Not even close.
Spoiler: show
I'm still going with skeleton wings for that reason. Make it look evil and bony.
I'm OK with that design, but the Apoc character just looks so bad that I don't even want to watch this anymore.
Yes, Angel did become the horseman of Death for Apocalypse in the comics but those movie wings dont even look like skeletal bird wings. They look like a shaving blade gone wild.
I think they need maybe more of a flair towards the tips, but other than that I think they're fine.
I had hope for Archangel, based on some of the early artwork...

But the new stuff looks horrible
Think it's been established since, what, 2000's X-Men that FOX has terrible costume design. The movies that Singer, and Vaughn were in charge of turned out pretty good despite that. Not sure why people still expect any different. Especially after 15 years.
My main complaint is Jennifer Lawrence being the main character of the film. She's overrated as all hell, and a terrible Mystique. I'm sure Cyclops will take a back seat again, seeing as FOX seems to hate his character for whatever reason.
