I can't remember why people hated on the ending of season 1

Because they left out all the funny towards the end of the season.

Fans of the source material were raging at how much the anime story changed. IIRC, the second season is supposed to be all anime original content as well.

I couldn't disagree more. But I guess I enjoy the fantasy setting a bit more. The mechs in Buddy Complex seem pretty boring so far too me though, guess we'll have to wait and see.

Other than that Space Dandy seems like a must. And Nobunagun is also interesting but I'm not a fan of that main character yet..

It's almost frustrating how catchy this song is. I've watched this video clip far too many times today.

As for the winter season, so far I'm not really getting into many of the new shows. There are only like 2 or 3 that I have interest for. There are a LOT of action shows it feels like, and to be honest, it takes a lot for me to actually enjoy an action show.

Nobunagun continues to be outrageous, and I'm loving it. It is an anime where you turn off your brain though.

Nisekoi is WAY too Shaft. I love the manga but man... it's full on Shaft being Shaft.

Sekai Seifuku ~Bouryaku no Zvezda~ is... I have no idea but I'm gonna keep watching it.

Seitokai Yakuindomo is exactly what the first season/the ovas were, and that is perfect. Shit like this is why I keep coming back.

Saw this song posted in another thread...pretty damn catchy and it got my gf and I interested in the anime which has some potential to be a good series. Also, the full ending song "Witch Activity" will be released Feb 5th which feels like an eternity from now.

Nisekoi had an interesting first episode and I like the male protagonist, not sure where it's going but will keep watching.

Tonari no Seki-kun was funny for a 5~min short, reminds me of all the inane shit I did at school during classes to keep occupied.

Wake Up Girls is just idol bait which could be good; if you like idol shows this might be for you? Music wasn't particularly interesting.

Noragami looks promising, the animation is good and the concept is fun (as are the character interactions). Not going anywhere so far but it's still early.

Witch Craft Works is pretty average so far (minus the ED which is godlike) but it could get better. Bunch of crappy tropes and predictable scenes, but it has the potential to get a lot better.

Nobunagun is dumb anime brain off turn time good watch, seriously, I feel dumber having watched it but I enjoy it all the same. Hopefully it gets better as more characters are introduced.

No-Rin is basically Silver Spoon with a little bit of dark humour. Silver Spoon is far better but No-Rin could be worth watching if the dark humour keeps up.
