Winter 2014 Anime Season Thread

Wizard Barristers is really annoying. Half of the cast is awesome and look awesome, the world seems awesome, and then you have the main character and some of the other cast members. Dreadful.

An entire series about stuff like the first five minutes or so of the series would be fantastic.

I feel like Nobunaga the Fool is going to end up being the hyped original series of this season.

Kadokawa's Fantasia Bunko imprint (Fujimi Shobo) announced on Wednesday that an anime adaptation of the Amagi Brilliant Park light novel series by Shoji Gatoh (Full Metal Panic!) has been green-lit. Kyoto Animation is producing the anime.

Yeah.... that was boring, I would have rather if Shaft took hold of Shokugeki no Soma than this boring harem. imagine all foodgasm with Shaft's artistic style.

On the other hand, I enjoyed Nisekoi actually. The main dude is actually likable compared to the typical main dudes (the timid types).

I like both Nisekoi and Shokugeki. I'm glad they did Nisekoi first too. I mean, it'll either get an anime original ending or it might be left open ended for the sake of continuing it later, either way I enjoyed the first episode and I like the manga enough too.

I definitely want a Shokugeki anime soon too. But not too soon. Would rather them build up a few chapters and do a solid adaptation of it, rather then some rush job or even go as far as having to add filler.

The longer we wait for a shokugeki no soma anime the happier I am. It means we'll have more material and won't have to flesh stuff out and can have condensed awesome. And even then it's going to be hard for an anime to match a hentai artists artwork.

Nah, theirs been a few animes that do well matching the quality probably because the hentai artist is making the anime. Usually its the other way around though but lately that trend is changing ...!
