Yeah, it just has to show up in the spoils pool, no one even has to obtain it.

Also interestingly enough conflicts do need to be in xp range but don't have to be xp mobs

Some do, some don't. Not sure about biast. Most of the ROE nms went through a overhaul anyway, example shadow dragon pops more frequently now, which could trickle down to biast popping sooner.

Since when? Just a couple of weeks ago shadows were popping right on time for me...

As far as the question goes it depends on the nm. Some have their pop windows open as soon as servers go up some it's like they were just killed. Some are weirder and some time inbetween that

and some do never exist, like that apkallu on the ferry to nashmau! It will be delicious when SE introduces that one as a RoE objective!

Actually, I think SE changed Almighty Apkallu's spawn conditions or something because I ran into him twice in a row when I took the ferry last year.

Still, Stubborn Dredvodd remains unchanged as far as I know.

They fixed Almighty Apkallu a long time ago, its cape goes on the AH for 20k now

They changed the Apkallu forever ago, dude spawns all the time, sometimes twice in the same boat ride lol.

It didn't, and still shouldn't unless they forgot to edit it since the disclaimer is still on that page. It's possible they forgot to fix it though since it says the "fifth" log-in campaign will be going on at the same time while also saying the correct "9th" at the very bottom of the page lol.

Don't believe it did, but either last update or the one before, I noticed it began working. Idk if there were bugs with it or what, but the first time I noticed, I as getting credit for 150 exp each worm from capped exp. The last time I was in Aby exping and it came up was on raptors, and it seemed to follow a different formula, though I don't remember how much I was getting credited towards it.

I remember people sayin they got like 600 exp in abby but only got credit for like 120 exp in the trial a couple months back..

New quests aren't auto complete. You'll need to choose the quest and it will then auto complete.
