I got no code, and support hasn't even confirmed receipt of my ticket.
bungiefan; They will, tho if you don't get a receipt for your ticket within 24 hours, CALL THEM. I listed the number earlier in the thread, I didn't have to wait long (about 3 minutes, maybe?). The guy I got was helpful at least. ^^ Let me know it was under investigation and they were escalating it. Prolly all they can do at the moment, I'll get back to you on that in a week or two. And yeah, go to Account Issues on their phone menu since I'd say "Missing code" is a account issue. And have the info on the account ready to verify. Good thing I remembered my brother's birthdate!
Oh and if it helps to spread the word about this guys; These codes are going to be good until December next year. So no worries if yours is late; at least that's what the techie said~!

So, this supposed free period, it looks like their definition of "free period" is just reactivating everyone.
My active account got deactivated cause I didn't pay, and I can't login cause it's cancelled. So much for free.

The same thing happened to me on all my accounts. I paid to restart one of them and all of his mules (that I didn't pay for) are deactivated again.
Has anyone who didn't get their code originally managed to get one by contacting Square-Enix support?
I was told that my ticket had been escalated to the devs, but so far have yet to be updated on what happened nor gotten a code for an item. :/
One of my accounts still hasn't got a code. I didn't contact SE yet, hoping they'll resolve this issue on their own. If not, I'll contact them after the 30th, when my billing cycle about to end.
Nope, put in the request when they said how to do it, got the escalation response 4 days later, and so far nothing since. I've also been waiting 3 weeks to have my Lightbringer mission reset since it is glitched into an inconsistent completion state.
I'm still waiting on them to send me a code. I submitted a ticket and followed up with them, but they just say that they're still investigating things. I still have a small glimmer of hope, but I somehow think they will just tell me to pound sand.
I haven't got my code yet either. All I got was them asking for the same info twice and a customer service survey (lolwut).
