Who do you talk to to redeem your item (both steps)? I've forgotten, and I deleted the email after I registered my code.
Festive moogles, I only know the ones in Sandy, there's 2 of them outside Port Sandy MH's exit, one gives you the item, the other you redeem it from, idk where other cities are at.
I think Bastok's is in Port Bastok and Windy is in Windy Walls... not 100% on Bastok. They're all right outside the MH. I'm pretty sure I talked to the same Festive Moogle for the ticket and then traded it right back to him for the reward.

I think by now I'd even settle for a, "fuck you, you're getting nothing" e-mail. Alas, I don't think S-E cares enough about support to even do that.
Has anyone successfully gotten SE to send them a code that didn't get one initially? I mean I'd like at least 1 of my 3 accounts to get 1 but if it's just wasted effort meh

I called again today. I've been calling every week. It's STILL under investigation; And no worries guys. Once they get off their fat butts and send us the damn code, it'll be good until December 2014, according to the phone techie. But they need to get off their fat, lazy butts and send us the code we are owed!
I've had one particular friend say if it doesn't show up soon he's going to quit, he's sick of emailing the US director every time shit like this happens to give them a major kick in teh rear..I think that's going a little far..(The quitting I mean, not emailing the US director.)
Seriously though how hard is it to send an email code...? I mean they send me emails for each account on each of my emails every month just add a little code 1 month
I've received several SE newsletters and billing emails, so they're totally capable of promptly sending me advertisements and telling me when they want money.
I had completely forgotten about this >< Just sent in my ticket to ask for codes, since I resubscribed before the deadline for this event. Resubbed 3 accounts, so I should be getting 3 codes, I think... even though they're all tied to the same SE ID.
Is it safe to assume all of us who got boned out of codes are completely SOL at this point? I haven't heard anything from SE in a loooooong time. :/

Only response I ever had was the escalation notice on the 17th of December. I just sent a scathing reply about how my helpdesk tickets aren't allow to age that much without feedback to the client that filed the ticket that SOMETHING, anything at all, is happening with their ticket, under penalty of me no longer having a job (and this isn't just a single ticket they are working out, it's got to be hundreds of them). I've had the same silence for 2 weeks longer about my stuck mission ticket, after being told by a GM that it was escalated to the Dev Team, and checking back 3 weeks later to find out it still hadn't been touched or even opened until he looked at it. I'm dreading them possibly saying they need to rewind my character data to November, before I started the missions, with all the login campaigns and events that have happened since then with limited-time rewards, and having cleared two expansions since filing that ticket.
