From the official translation on the weapon seems like just the weapon dmg/dps will increase but the stats will be the same.

as a starting point probably, but again price will drop every 6hrs. Just depends on how much ur FC is willing to spend.

Difference between an ilvl 50 and 55 weapon is +1 DMG. All the unfinished relics are 50 while the Darklight weapons are 55.

Shoddy translation but it sounds like 4m for cheapest land, 8m(?) on legacy. Price goes down over time though. Patch notes at end of letter should say more.

Exact prices will be in patch notes, but 4 mil is the price for the smallest land if I've been reading the translation right. It's double for legacy servers.
