We would like to update you on the schedule for the upcoming housing price adjustments.

[Date & Time]
Jan. 2, 2014 at around 7:00 p.m. (PST)

- Pricing for Group B Worlds (Balmung/Excalibur/Hyperion/Ragnarok/Sargatanas) will be reduced from 2.25 times to 2.0 times the amount of those in Group A.

- Pricing for Group C Worlds (Aegis/Durandal/Gungnir/Masamune/Ridill) will be reduced from 4.5 times to 4.0 times the amount of those in Group A.

- Pricing for Group B Worlds (Balmung/Excalibur/Hyperion/Ragnarok/Sargatanas) will be reduced from 2.0 times to 1.75 times the amount of those in Group A.

- Pricing for Group C Worlds (Aegis/Durandal/Gungnir/Masamune/Ridill) will be reduced from 4.0 times to 3.5 times the amount of those in Group A.

Future pricing adjustments across all Worlds will be re-evaluated at some point between mid to late January.

Did they ever come out and say if those prices are for what those worlds started at or what they currently at?

It's probably just adjusting the base amount, the the amount the formula has progressed will stay unchanged. IE:

312,500,000 * 0.14%(#days)
becomes
250,000,000 * 0.14%(#days)

At least that's how I would do it.

Finally had a plot purchased by a FC on Hyperion (Plot 11 in Lavender Beds), they did an open house last night for people to come look around.

Was it said exactly how much it'll be on Legacy worlds at the end of all this?

I vaguely remember something about 125M, but I'm not sure.

Yes, eventually it'll be same price as that server group (from Bahamut to Ultros with 125m for the largest plot).

We pulled the trigger on Sunday despite knowing there was a huge price drop incoming. We had the gil and we were worried about others sniping our desired plot.
