I don't think anyone in here ever questioned Jones, dude has been on a tear and started on Shogun of all people. I honestly think no man has a chance, I thought Rumble might have had the edge because of the TDD he displayed against Phil Davis but that didn't help him at all against DC. The only guys that can probably beat Jones are other champions like Cain or even Weidman who is pretty goddamn terrifying, he ate Vitor's shots and just completely proceeded to obliterating him. I called it didn't I? I said Weidman would turn his face into hamburger.

I remember when Rockhold beat Machida all everyone was talking about was Weidman vs Rockhold. I didn't hear Vitor's name once until his fight night. It was pretty funny.

I really wonder how Rumble vs Jones would have went. Rumble absolutely destroyed Gus, but if DC controlled him that bad, I don't see how Jones would have had a problem.

DC will have his shot at Jones again eventually. I think Jacare is the only legitimate threat to Weidman, maybe Rockhold being as humongous gives him an edge but pretty sure Chris can fold him like a pretzel.

I wouldn't be mad at a Rockhold win over Weidman to set up a Jacare rematch. Don't see Rockhold out grappling The Chris though, all the training sessions with DC/Cain in the world aren't gonna keep Luke off his back.

Jacare been nothing but dominant and impressive. I think he's the only guy capable of submitting Weidman in the division, and that would be the only way he wins. Rockhold would probably get TKO'd unless he lasts in the later rounds, Weidman started breathing heavy in the championship rounds vs Machida and Rockhold can probably go for days, he definitely has the power to finish a gassed out Weidman.
