We use 3 MNK, alternating formless strikes (do not use at the same time because the butterfly NM can dispel it). Nm will die in like 2minutes. I proced it once on Vsmite even though i had FS dispelled (had TP somehow).
FS is also usefull on the acuex NM which imo is even worse that butterfly.
Really? Why?
We killed it without one DD (was kiting another NM aggroed by mistake) and with someone being weak.
He had very powerful AoEs but it was pretty straightforward, had 2x MNKs with Formless Strikes on it. We've been lucky?
I found mobs like the Bigfoot or others being more annoying.
Don't remember fighting the buttefly but from what people wrote in here she seems to be scarier...
So I just found this on a MNK in Western Adoulin......
Spoiler: show
Its already better than Oatixur with lower damage augments and no WS damage or DA, so yes easily.
Ninza +2 are probably the strongest all around h2h available. Vereth and Glanz can potentially put up higher DPS buts only going to be when you start with a free 300tp.
Makes me sad that I don't get a WSD boost when using Vere
The big question is does that wsdmg apply to all hits
I seen a sword +2 with the same augments as that Ninzas I posted as well. I'm more curious if the WSD will apply in the offhand.
Anyone have some good tactics on Chapuli? Maybe we should make a list on how you avoid their nastiest moves?
Geohelix it, cure ppl, dont WS? It also seems to take DOUBLE damage from magic while it casts leading to 6k Geohelix.
Modus Veritas seems to land 100% so far on Behemoth and not at all on any other NM.
Today ran with some JPs that talked about avoiding magic and more importantly skillchain damage on Irongigant. It seemed to work out as it only did a kick once in around 6 runs.
I think I just won the game with my +2 wailing stone.

And how would one go about testing if ws damage + affects all hits or just first? I have all ws pup has access too, VS included, if that helps.
Augments on Lehbrailg +2
Wailing Stone +2
Damage +18
Fast Cast +5
Magic Crit +4
Damage +17
Fast Cast +4
Magic Burst Damage +9
Damage +16
MAB +23
WS Accuracy 3
(I used 14 +2 stones and stopped at the first mab I got. There were some variations but nothing notable other than what is listed.)
Wailing Stone +1
Damage +13
Magic Acc. +27
Wailing Stone
Damage +3
Int +9
I used 2 stacks of nq stones. Most gave a tiny damage increase along with 2-9 stats (CHR is one of them). I did see a mab +6 in there.
Am I wrong or it looks like you'd have more luck paying 10m for the Taru staff than spending >10m on stones trying to get good augments for Lehbrailg+2?
Anyway, requesting comments on other Skirmish weapons:
1) Leisilonu+2? Can it be a good offhand for DNC? What about BRD? Or should they aim at Vanir Knife?
2) Kannakiri+2? Best offhand to Raimitsukane? Best second option if you have no raimitsukane? Would the Eminence one be better offhand? I noticed that, unaugmented, Kanna+2 is not that far above a STR maxed Kiji, which kinda shocked me considering the difference in damage and skill (hence acc/att). It's "just" 37 less delay...
3) Uffrat+2? Can this get better than the 117 staff?
4) Crobaci+2 vs AA GK great sword?
More or less this. TT staff has +8 Int, +3 MAB, +15 MDmg over Lehbrailg +2 as a base. I'm not sure how max (assuming +30 MAB? Never seen it that high on a weapon) augment would compare to the TT staff. TT prolly win on low tier spams, Leh win on high tiers, I'd imagine. Sure one of the math elites can chime in on a breaking point in Int/MAB/MDmg that each staff would pull ahead.
Personally, my plan is to attempt to get +MAcc on Lehbrailg +2. It'll be the best in slot +MAcc piece for any job until either they release some silly new main hand with redonkulous +MAcc, or they go above ilvl 119. TT staff is plenty good enough for a nuking piece for my uses, without spending millions seeking out a perfect aug.
Ungh... didn't think about that but yeah, it's a nice thing.
Which reminds me I should get my hands unto that or Venabulum for BRD debuffing, still using Izhiikoh atm which is way behind.
Have extensive tests ever been performed on the macc skill? Does it convert 1:1 to macc?
