i'm assuming/hoping the answer is yes, but can anyone tell if they fixed the horrible input latency on the USB ports? i'm guessing it's a hardware-side problem, but it would definitely be a dealbreaker if it's still present on the PS4. it was an issue for me on both the PS2 with XI and every revision of the PS3 i've owned, where keystrokes take like half a second to actually register (and certain inputs would frequently get mangled if you type too fast).

I've only had that with wireless keyboards. Played XI on the PS2 for 5 years and XIV on the PS3 for a few months. Using a wired keyboard everything worked fine.

Starter zones are a laggy mess if you are just starting on server 1-4 lol

weird. i've only ever used wired keyboards and it's been an issue with every single one i've tried. works as expected when plugged into the PC, but for whatever reason sony consoles all seem to hate my keyboards, haha.

Also, to remove the hints you need to hit the "pad button" but nothing works lol

Ya you have to switch them at first (it wont be switched on PS4)

Meant on the vita in remote play, figured the front touch screen would replace the pad button from the controller but no luck.

Being small was expected, but remote play is the greatest thing since hockey.

I can finally say I played XIV while taking a deuce.

I ended up having a good 45 mins run with it, then dc'd in the middle of AV and kept getting the "Authentication error" lol
