New crafting gear is part of the upgrade system too so you kinda have to choose 1 profession to work on at first.

while I am happy that you won't be able to reach max ilevel by spamming the new 4mans, I really hope they have a different loot system ready for the Coil

Despite having the worst luck with BLM Coil drops I like it. It never made sense to be able to obtain gear on par with the best from the easiest content. It does make me wonder where CT2 will fit in now though.

Edit: I do hope they change the awful Coil RNG too though. Still never even seen certain drops and the gear is going to be out of date before I do.

Echo only applies to certain instances. Looks like Relic quest line and thornmarch original fight basically.

edit: spoke too soon. There is different types of echo. A smaller one applies to extreme fights and ultima HM.
