Saw this on netflix a few months back. Very interesting. Especially when they discuss arbitration and generally how awful it is (which, since watching that documentary I see everywhere; I received an email from dropbox last week saying that they had changed their policy and that if I didn't opt-out in the next 30 days that any issue I had would have to go through arbitration...or something to that effect).
Also, been awhile since I saw it, but pretty sure a lot of what Plow just posted was all crap.
