So far this is the only unusual thing i've found:
http://www.tomnod.com/nod/challenge/...2014/map/21669
Have no clue what it is though.
Are you sure you linked the right square? Mostly cloud cover on that one.
Oh I did notice that a square below and right of the one you linked, but I wasn't sure if that's what you meant. Its weird lookin I dunno, like maybe a piece of something with rope or something flimsy trailing behind it in the water. If it's actually on the ocean surface it's what, nearly 300 feet long?
Yeah, thats what i thought... it seems far too long to be anything plane related unless it's like... the very top of the whole planes body at the surface of the ocean, but even so it seems...odd. that trail is slightly bent, but it looks far too clean to be a wave.
I looked along its heading towards the south east, like along the path it would have taken if it were floating along that line but I don't see anything else weird. This is kind of addictive though, but I need to go to bed. Good luck if you keep going, you never know what you might find.
Wonder how much sea trash is out there creating false-positives lol
It's not quite to Wall-E levels yet, but def some trash out there.
I was surprisingly sober last night actually, although I have had some super intoxicated BG posts. I was mostly ornery and happy, recapping possibilities.
I am a goofy guy. .___.;
You have to be kidding me..
http://www.cbsnews.com/news/confusio...irlines-plane/The mystery over the fate of Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 became even more convoluted Wednesday when Malaysia's air force chief denied earlier remarks that the missing plane had reversed direction and reached the Strait of Malacca before vanishing.
The Boeing 777 was traveling from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to Beijing with 239 people on board when air traffic controllers lost contact with it. Five days later, officials seem to have no idea where the plane may have ended up.
Malaysian air force chief Gen. Rodzali Daud was quoted as saying in local media report Tuesday that the military had radar data showing the plane had turned back from its original course, crossed the country and made it to the Strait of Malacca to the west of Malaysia. The Associated Press said it contacted a high-level military official, who confirmed the remarks.
But on Wednesday, Daud issued a statement denying that he had said any such thing.
Gotta appreciate their rock solid logic behind those things. If searching isn't going well, Pray, search some more and you'll find what you're looking for because you prayed.
