Well they've already been spreading rumors of Hawkeye in it. Makes sense it will be a good way to transition to the new Avengers roster for Avengers 3.

Wonder if they would be able to get away with carrying the Civil War storyline over into multiple movies. Start it in Cap 3 and carry it onto the next movie in line and so on for a bit before perhaps ending it with Iron Man 4 as I'm guessing they wouldn't be using Avengers 3 for it.

Marvel has definitely earned the benefit of the doubt, but I'm pretty nervous about a civil war story with no spidey or x-men. Not to mention the fact that they can't legally say "mutant."

If Hawkeye isn't in it, it won't be a legit storyline -- essentially Hawkeye looks up to dude in the comics. Maybe we will start to see that here as well. I also fully expect Falcon to make a return and possibly take up the mantle if Cap kicks the bucket.

This pretty much. Sony seems busy with the next ASM, sinister six, and Venom/Carnage, so I don't see them letting marvel have any Spidey rights anytime soon :/
