I'm pretty surprised by what I assume is a WHM staff. They've been pretty on-point with keeping to the lore that WHM weapons have to be made out of something that was once alive (generally, wood). The staff looks like solid metal.

Yeaaah, I saw that, but for some reason I was thinking the bulk of it needed to be. Eh, maybe it's wood all the way through and the metal's just on the outside.

Is any of that new though? The lancer is wearing what appears to be the Coliseum body. The pugilist seems to have ye olde Avengers bricks. PLD seems to be in AF2 with an unknown (and altogether unspectacular) sword+shield.

Unrelated note: Looks like they might be changing the Hero's accessories from green background to blue background

Possibly removing the "unique" limitation on them as well? Dude's wearing two Hero's Slaying Rings. I'd buy a 2nd Hero's Aiming Ring in a heartbeat. Of course, development shots can always lie.
