I'm pretty psyched for this. Watching a bunch of the promos makes it look like it'll have (hopefully) a similar tone to the movie.

Rotten Tomatoes collected all the promos here: http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/tv_e...eries_teasers/

It was great. Took similar characters from the film and moved them in different places. I loved that they even did the bullshit based on a true story opening.
Billy Bob's character (don't remember a name if it was mentioned) was such a ballsy, hilarious lunatic.

It was wonderful. I did love that Billy Bobs character was just an agent of chaos throughout. If you didn't watch it.. watch it.

I thought it was one of best premieres I have watched in a long time. The ending scene with the dragons speech.. awesome.

I LIVE here and didn't get a chance to see it due to working evenings. Gonna have to see it online sometime.
Theater near my apartment had some big viewing for people wanting to see the show.

Ending was fairly clever because things just seem to have gotten totally out of control, until the last second.

I'm unsure if they can sustain so much murder and mayhem going on for a whole series. I mean the reason the movie worked is because the setting was quiet dull town where violent crime is rare. If people are just going to be getting gruesomely murdered several times every episode it's just going to seem overused and numb. The writing was good so maybe they know how to use it appropriately.

Yeah, I really enjoyed that twist. I remember finding myself wondering how that resolved itself.

Really enjoying this show. If I had one complaint, it's that Sheriff Better Call Saul's stupidity seems a little over the top.

    Spoiler: show
Now that I think about it, maybe he's in on it, through Fargo, and they're telling him not to solve the case. That would explain the excessive stupidity.

This week's episode was also amazing, although the

    whiteout
seemed a little too convenient at the end, and made what eventually happened seemed a little inevitable.

    But what Lorne did:
    Spoiler: show
to Don, the trainer was truly a work of art. If there's nothing else I remember from this series 10 years from now, I'm going to remember that. Wow.

I enjoyed the whiteout. Gave the fight a super noiry feeling. That last episode was so awesome what with Lester's doings and Malvo is the best.
I also liked the call back to the movie with the "I decided I didn't want to park here" scene.

I love this show and hope it'll get renewed. Hopefully the ratings are good, but I haven't heard much hype about it. I think people who enjoyed True Detective would love it.
