I'd like to think they are going to increase the droprate with the new mounts. I won't bother if it's the same as it is now. Got all primal weapons yet never seen a mount drop.

Just found this

Bloodlappers will no longer spawn during the battle with Demon Wall.
The likelihood that players will be paralyzed by the attack High Voltage has been reduced. Furthermore, the paralysis effect can now be removed by spells such as Esuna.

Seems sad...

Just guessing, there's an argument for both. Keep it the same and keep the amount super rare or lower the droprate so people don't have to farm outdated content hundreds of times to get it. If the Nightmare mount also drops from the new extremes then they may just leave the droprate.

Why can't they just make the mount require like 6 or 9 tokens? Collecting the whole set is going to be a ...nightmare... Yeah...

There's a lot of nice stuff here for casuals especially. The Challenge Log.. another form of Hunting log for even easier leveling? <3 For those of us who are lazy as fuck and don't have all 50 DoW/DoM.. I'm okay with this.

I hope they either auto reset like RoE in XI or have an option to reset them or they will most likely be exhausted very quickly.

Are you referring to the challenge log? It says that it'll reset weekly.

Completing any one of these objectives will earn you rewards. Completion status is reset on a weekly basis on Tuesday at 1:00 a.m. (PDT), and it is possible to undertake the challenges repeatedly. Additional rewards can be earned for overall completion of the challenge log.

It's not sad, they are just streamlining content that will no longer be the focus of the game. We will probably be [speed] running PS & CB/HM HM for myth tomes now instead. Then theres the new HMs as well Who's going to be running AK anyways besides completely new players? As for High Voltage, they are dulling it down in an attempt to make it easier for casuals to beat T1-5 for storyline purposes. T6-9 will still be hard for them.

T4 will probably be the best myth/time ratio for a group that can consistently oneshot.
