20th Century Fox has set release date for several of their upcoming Marvel properties. They announced that The Fantastic Four 2 will open July 14th, 2017, the new untitled Wolverine sequel is set for March 3rd, 2017, and then there's an untitled mystery Marvel movie for July 13th, 2018.

Since Fox owns the rights to X-Men and Fantastic Four, the mystery film will come from one of those franchises. I'm really hoping that it's Deadpool. I don't want to wait that long to actually see it, but better late than never! Of course, there's always the chance that it could be a film that combines the worlds of X-Men and Fantastic Four, which has previously been rumored. We'll eventually find out what the mystery movie will be, but in the meantime what are you hoping for?

James Mangold is set to return to direct the sequel to The Wolverine. The Fantastic Four reboot recently locked in its cast with Michael B. Jordan, Kate Mara, Jamie Bell, and Miles Teller, and it's set to be released on June 19th, 2015.

At least DC has the crutch of throwing more Batman out there. Saying Fox has the rights to the xmen franchise is laughable when it's all Wolverine featuring who? And fantastic four was straight terrible. Copying the Marvel formula is at the very least a step in the right direction.

They might retcon the X Men verse with this next movie, which could free them up to hopefully redo some stuff, like making Cyclops not a bitch.
