Kind of curious for HW. Are the retainer rewards calculated when you start the venture, when the venture is finished, or when you actually collect it?

Are you expecting venture rewards to change? I suspect they'll just tack on more tiers and leave the existing ventures alone.

I don't expect any to get moved, but possible new items from early lv50s~ added to the current top tier maybe.

It seems that venture rewards are locked in when you collect. I remember that I had sent my retainers out the patch before the pastel color dyes were added. Right after patch, I went to collect the reward and got the pastel dyes.

Retainer still at lv50, so far don't see anything new

If I recall correctly, you had to be 10 levels above to level your retainer.

So if you were 49, your retainer could only get 39.

Your retainer couldn't get 50 until you were 50.

I may be WAY off on this though, it's been a long long time.

If I'm right, can't level retainer to 60 until you are 60 then.

My rogue retainer started gaining xp when I hit 54. It had been 5 but it's definitely less now.

My LNC retainer was gaining EXP right from when I hit 51. When I was 53 it also dinged 51. My other 3 (MIN BTN FSH) give the "no exp received" messaged, as they and myself are all 50 still.

Just under 106k from fishing leve lvl 51. Ice Faerie is the only option available. @ 50 even the crappiest of quick ventures gave 60k exp while the highest lvl 50 gave 70k, so quick ventures till 51 (unless you're really unlucky) then go to new ones.

My retainer cleared t9, and I've never stepped foot into t6+ lol.
She dinged 51 pretty fast right after I did (gla/pld).

Cedar Log, Cedar Branch, Rainbow Cotton Boll, Sprig of Mist Dill, Highland Wheat, Dark Chestnut Lug, Stalk of Ramie

Which is basically everything that is not unspoiled or Hidden. Based on that I'd say the rest of 51-55 includes Dark Chestnut Branch and Magma Beet, and 56-60 would probably be

Birch Branch, Birch Sap, Coneflower, Sesame Seeds, Cow Bitter, Rue, Dandelion, Coriander, and Gaelicatnip maybe.

I hope G5 Carbonized is thrown in there because that's a really underwhelming list otherwise.

pretty much. Botanist got the end of the short stick this go, thinking of remakin one of my retainers to Battle Class since they get all those tasty skins.

Also, no G5 matter on either BTN/MNR retainers.

BTN 55 is Magma Beet and Dark Chestnut Branch. 56 is Coneflower.
