Which armor is that btw. I've been looking for a lighter looking body armor instead of my tank top lara croft style

Looks like a Black-dyed generic Cuirass. Militia Cuirass, Mythril Cuirass, you name it. I use one on my tank because fuck the lorica.

I used a Mythril Cuirass since it comes silver, just in case the original white of the Militia Cuirass affects the color palette of dyes (though I don't think it does?).

Almost. Lord's is a "blacker" black than what's available through the dye system.

The actual High Allagan Shoes go all the way up to like mid-thigh and I couldn't hide the pretty new pants until I saw what Daystar looked like four years from now when I get a sand for the shoes.

I don't think I've seen what Daystar shoes look like, but with CT2 dropping sands and oil so hopefully you're not too far away.

Got bored about 2 days ago with current glamour so me and a couple FC buddies all went matching suits (patrician gear dyed black). I actually like the way it looks

Daystar shoes are solleretes which go up pretty far (merely judging by looking at the icon -- it goes above the knee). Surely those would hide the pants as well?
