It's +100, they do TP in decimals.
Remember that SE stated TP is calculated as X/3000 but only displays as 300, so TP+1000 is TP+100 by normal standards.
Looks of good side grades here. Great QD and WF gun for COR and a nice under 119 mob level claws for PUP. You can then use Tinhapsi for stronger mobs and the Othas for farming.

Most of the weapons look pretty meh, the SMN staff looks like a great replacement for Uffrat though

Ok Tamaxchi and Bolelabunga, but I'd expected something better like fast cast or more -% cure casting
Shield should beat killedar/rinda assuming same size in just block rate/block dmg reduction. The other stuff is just gravy.
