He's wrong, I know for a fact the numbers he quoted 60/120k is from the grind to 9->10.

As you said, it's always been a %, and based on his post he just never looked after each time his 'bo leveled.

weird, I pretty much stare at it each week, and it was like 90-95Kish exp from rank 7-> 8-> 9 (and changed last night). I pretty much just stare at it while doing dailies, and when I finished the 100 kills log, i stopped doing dailies for the week.

oh well, 14,000exp from rank 10 now, so it'll be done tonight or tomorrow O_o

The challenge long for companion exp was nearly doubled.

It went from first part 30,000-35,000ish exp and 2nd part 60,000ish-65,000ish exp to now 60,000 + 120,000.
would have been nice when I was doing that stuff weekly... back when it first came out and my chocobo was like rank 7... novus has almsot lvled my chocobo to rank 10 now ;/

This is based on your chocobo level - mine is still the same as it was last week.
