    The NE isn't as bad as most people make it out to be, but yeah the rough part of town, the SE is heavy industrial but there are also lots of older community's mixed in and far SE is all newer community's past about 130th ave. Yeah the NW and SW have more ideal community's as a whole but have fun commuting from some of those areas if you are driving anytime during rush hour especially if you are heading into the core.
