He doesn't have as good of a support. While he still maybe good his team may not be as good as they were when he switched. But yeah, the teams that lost shouldn't have.

Also, as stated on reddit. J4 + Gnar = 100% win rate.

personally never really thought that alliance was that strong of a team.

let's be honest;

wickd is bad, froggen is good but past his prime, shook is ok(not the top jungler in EU) nyph is ok (not the top support in EU) rekkles is pretty good but is not a 1 man team and i don't think the meta really fits him right now personally

i also feel like they have serious coaching/tilt issues as a team, kind of reminds me of the enviroment that i imagine CLG has/had (sorry monte lovers, the guy might be a decent analyst but that doesn't make him a good coach)

EU is painful to watch i think both western regions are worse this year than last year, as far as the scene goes in general.

hate to say it because i really don't want another all korean/chinese worlds it's kinda boring for us NA viewers

I almost don't mind missing EU LCS because the quality of play is so shit. NA is slightly better and I can fanboy a little bit.

EU is painful to watch i think both western regions are worse this year than last year, as far as the scene goes in general.

The same is true in China and Korea too. There are two really good teams in OGN, and two teams that are decent, and then a few that are awful. LPL has one god tier team (OMG) and 2-3 teams slightly below, then about 8 teams that can't get out of their own way. Hopefully it's just early season troubles that need time to get hammered out across all the regions.

i've also personally never tried it but i really feel like having to communicate in another language other than your native would be super difficult in intense split second decision making type situations. the time it takes your brain to think to talk in another language, i would think that would be killer
