Most likely the yakuza stuff will be taken care of in first 20 minutes of the episode. So the whole coffin stuff will happen afterwards. Keep in mind while the book was based on some girl fantasy story per say, the show went off on its own direction a long time ago.

Still be surprised if Bill die's at the end
