I hope I'm wrong, he just hasn't said anything about the next step in a long time. If they were doing something in 2.3, I'd think he would have touched on it in some of those interviews he did when he was asked about Zodiac weapons.

Played on the ferry (Thanalan/La Noscea). Was also on FFXIV (1.0) product website for a while. Doesn't really sound like good dungeon BGM to me, but I guess I'll reserve judgment until I hear it while I'm playing through there... was hoping for a cool new track like the one from Lost City. At least the Syrcus Tower music sounds pretty awesome.

Famitsu article way back when showed the Zodiac weapons moving up to 115 to match HA weapons. This was months ago before any talk about the next IL increase, so unless they changed plans, it should happen before 2.4.

EXCUSE ME, cannot let this wrongness stand.

This change occurred during FF4 after Rydia first travels to Feymarch (aka the Land of Summons/Monsters). She can cast Meteor in FFIV, not just in The After.

Huh? Zenith was in the game day 1. Allagan was in the game day 1. They were both ilvl90 and later they bumped Allagan to i95.

Not sure I understand "when Zenith came out" means

That said, I feel like it's silly to expect HA being buffed further. They made it an odd number already, I feel like they won't make Novus go to 115 and HA to 120.

Both regular and elite bills list a bounty for their indicated marks. This bounty will be paid in full once the marks have been slain. Allied Seals received from the Hunt can be exchanged for exclusive wares by speaking with the Hunt Billmaster at your Grand Company. Rewards include weapons, armor, minions, sands of time, oil of time, and alexandrite.
