Almost every single model Samsung makes is rated at 40ms lag(3 frames), and in that Amazon listing the 'game mode' advertising talks about making things look better, rather than shutting everything off to make it play better; I'd say it's not likely to be something you want for FGs.

Looking to grab a fighting game other than USF4 to get me used to memorizing longer combos. UMvC3 seems to be the go to game for this. Any other recommendations?

If it is Mahvel, I'm looking at an X-23 point. Know any good synergy with her?

Pretty much every other 'current' game has changed to specifically avoid longer combos, so that's your best bet. Anything anime usually has longer combos(relative to SF) though, all of them can give you a pretty good base for memorizing longer strings and getting used to things like jump loops.

Ultra Street Fighter IV TE2 coming to NA in October

Madcatz, the maker of an assortment of gorgeous TE2 arcade sticks, has announced that their previously Japanese-only Ultra Street Fighter IV TE2 controller will be hitting stateside this October.

According to the official page, the controller (made for both Xbox 360/Xbox One and PS3/PS4) will cost 19,800 yen normally and 21,384 yen with the VAT (Western pricing has not been announced as of yet). The European version is still being worked on at this time.
