It's mainly because not every mob will drop magicite. But you can get 3* orb drops instead, so it's not all bad.

The good thing is the 3* orbs from trash are usually holy/earth orbs which are some of the rarer ones from their respective heroic dailies.

You're getting lucky cause I haven't seen shit for motor traps today.

Rarely see motor trap, but I did get the triple fire orb drop so I have that doing for me which is good

i get motor traps really often.. lol but kinda feel they dont make enough of a difference.

did a 11 pull with all the extra mythril and got 2 5*s :D loldanjuro and kiku ichimonji. my 2nd and 3rd real 5* weapons. and the first was masamune. wish more people could use katanas now.

Danjuro is fantastic. Its the only five star everybody can use iirc. I need more danjuros

You do use Mythril for both. I'm sitting at 150 inventory space and 73? Mythril. 150 has been enough for me so far.

I don't think you understood what I was saying. I'm only spending my mythril on 11 pulls; when I run out of inventory, I've been purchasing gems to upgrade. I flatly refused to purchase shit in this game but I've spent around $15 on inventory and a couple of revives during the Rinoa event. I'm attempting to rationalize my buying by saying that if I'm not spending cash on loot pulls that I'm somehow not spending money on the game.

I spent 6 dollars on mythril for two pulls and got two three star weapons, said never again lol.

I haven't really had the need for inventory increases... the only one I got was because I had 100 gems and figured I'd refuse to use a mythril restore regardless of circumstance (Pre Rinoa event, but I still refuse to unless the reward is worth it and it's necessary to use a restore to actually be able to win/master, which wasn't the case for the only one I couldn't do: Parade Float.) Even now, I've got ~20 4 and 5* Armor/Weapon upgrade materials and I'm only @ 101/105.

I have tons of 3 and 4 star shit that I can't rationalize getting rid of. I think I'm sitting at around 120-130 items right now.

Getting lots of black orbs durin the event, much better drop rate for that then the daily

i think if you really want to get your moneys worth when purchasing gems use it on inventory space.. cos once you unlock it its there forever. you can get bad pulls, and some good relics do get obsoleted. its cheaper to recover from battles with gems, but its not good to make that a habit so i wouldnt recommend that

In fairness, those relics only become "obsolete" (I don't think they're obsolete still, but there are certainly better versions) if you pull the new version and that's certainly no guarantee. I think at some point you'll need inventory increases, but if you're saving a decent amount of the mythril that's been available so far, you won't be there yet.

According to jp ( everyone has their opinion) 4* fire orbs are useless

Wrath gives like 1/4 bar only
Firaja is good but jp still prefer -ga
Phoenix is coming soon and it requires it, but Phoenix will be a quest reward
