And to seriously answer the question, getting a human form robot working at ANY size is difficult, but the complexity of miniaturization doesn't come cheap. (This is why at the same year and price point, a desktop will be more powerful than a laptop will be more powerful than a tablet will be more powerful than a phone.) Usually for testing and development, using bigger cheaper parts is more cost effective, and you scale down as you go into production.

It kind of really does matter. Feeling attracted to a sexually mature (from a purely biological standpoint) person is completely natural on a hormonal level. We've evolved to have physical responses to tits and ass, and your subconscious doesn't really give a shit about what the law says.

That doesn't mean engaging in a relationship with a young female is appropriate or desirable for society, but it does mean you shouldn't feel like some kind of broken, disgusting, pervert just because you find teenage girls to be sexually attractive.
