Whole event is apparently called ベガリーインスペクター "Vagary Inspector" like "Menace Inspector" was Delve.

アシュラック = Ashrakk	(N-6)	Duskbrood Gate
ハデス = Hades

Now that people have figured out the 2 Megabosses this is what is used in shouts usually:

ハデス = Hades
上位 = upper
下位 = lower

So they say 下位 ハデス for Perfidien and 上位 ハデス for Plouton

The upper and lower thing was also used back then for Delve to describe open world NM vs fracture NM.
