At least watch the other ending, which is the real ending. Great game though, huh?

Who says other ending is the real ending?
Most of the internet. Basically the logic goes that the Arcadia Bay ending has more details and things happening, so it's the real ending. One of the lead devs has denied this in interviews, but people just assume it's damage control. I choose to take him at his word, personally. Whatever ending you choose is the true ending; nerds will always start petty arguments about what is and isn't canon.
The main points he stated about why the Chloe ending was a little vague was that you were starting a new life with her and they didn't want to take player choice out of it by providing too many specific details, and (the much more honest reason) that they had chosen a shorter song for the sequence.
Yeah it's a choice based game so why would there be an official ending?

I think the Arcadia Bay ending makes it a better and more poignant story, but I felt like the Chloe ending was more in-character for Max so that's what I went with.
