    The Alluvion Skirmish thread!

Let's start posting some data about Alluvion Skirmish and augmentation results.
There are 8 types of Stones, they are divided in 2 groups: Snow and Leaf
There are also 4 categories: Slit, Tip, Dim, Orb
Each stone also comes in 3 different quality levels: NQ, +1 and +2

To enter Skirmish we have 5 different items that can be obtained from global treasure pool or personal chest in Ra'La and Cirdas Skimishes: Eudaemon Blade (T1), Cape (T2), Ring (T3), Sash (T4), Shield (T5)
Basically you just take a Simulacrum KI for Cirdas and Rala in any of the combinations they come with and "empower" them with one of the Eudaemon items, and that's it, you get an Alluvion Skirmish entry KI.

    Edit:
The one about tiers for the Eudaemon pieces is just speculation atm. SE presented the pieces to us in that order (which happens to be alphabetical order), and Oswold requires more gil according to that order, which leads to believe there's a "tier list" between those pieces.
Drop rates so far instead (judging at the numbers sold on AH) seem to conflict with this tier list, or if there is a drop rate difference it's nowhere near as noticeable as the one between old parts T1 and T5.

A couple random augments and observations I've noticed:

    - All the -orbs have given me pet augments
    - From -slits I have seen DEF, Attack, Accuracy, R.Attack, R.Accuracy, Haste?
    - From -dim I have seen M.Attack, M.Evasion, M.Accuracy, Fast Cast

Used a Leafslit +1 on my dagger and got Haste +1 on it. (Now that I think back, I can't remember if it was a slit or a tip)
Used a Leafdim +1 on my staff and got Fast Cast +1
Used a Snowdim +1 on my staff and got MAB and MAC +2

    Hope this helps!

Edit: No clue what augment pool -tips give, they seemed random to me.

When they presented the event to use they talked about "selectable augments for DD, ranged DDs, Mages/support and Pet jobs".
Supposing that was true and not some SE gibberish, it would make sense with the 4 categories each fitting one of those things.
What about the two different types of stone tho? (Leaf/Snow)
I think there's more about it.

Next time I aug, I'll make note of whether I use a Leaf or Snow. I'm sure you're right that there's different pools for each of those as well, but along the same stats kinda.

For example I used a Snoworb +1 and got Pet: Attack +7, Ranged Attack +7.
But then I used a Leaforb +1 and got Pet: Regen.

Both pet stats, but it seems like a different type of augment, maybe more defensive than offensive?

    I theorize:
    - that you can only stack 1 snow and 1 leaf set of augments on any give weapon
    - that snow- augments are main stats like acc/atk/racc/ratk/mab
    - that leaf- augments are more unique stats like waltz/da/haste/fc
    - each set of slit/tip/dim/orb have a higher chance to target the augment you want (slit=melee, tip=ranged, dim=mage, orb=pet) but can give you augments from any other pool at a low % as well

any indication as to what the npcs or untargetable enemies purpose is? we've seen a krabakarpo type that was fighting trash mobs and untargetable, but on widescan, and a NPC whose only dialogue was ".......".

Aside from some odd intruders, you can almost see some sort of pattern from the data zephr posted, there seems to be a logic behind it, "groups" of buffs, grouped by category into different stones.

Ok, we just did a Cirdas Caverns 1/1/1/Shield to get our feet wet, and we came across a Heartwing NM. After killing it, it gave us the following message.

    http://i718.photobucket.com/albums/w...ps5c744eac.png

Anyone know what this could possibly mean?

Did a Cirdas 1/1/1/Cape just now.

Goal was to check the correct Noetic Ascension. Once that was done, a red Aura Statue NM popped. Standard TP moves for the most part, but it also used Sleepga, Firaga III, Firaga IV. It dropped the Bow.

I used a couple of NQ Snowtip Stones, and got the following augments.

    Ranged Attack +1
Magic Attack Bonus +9 <---------------------- wtf?

Well, Did a run, sorry not sure what parts, but noticed something about the run.

We ran into the Uragnite NM on 3 floors, and all 3 times he dropped the Axe, just the Axe. On another floor a bunch of the NMs were up (Just needed to kill one), and we killed the Dvergr, who dropped the sword.

But yah, 3 Uragnites, 3 Axes. Was in Rala.

Edit: Cirdas NM, a Red Behemoth - Levels up after using Howl (Which it almost spams)

We did a T3 Rala run, fought mostly uragnite NMs.
Some were really nasty, with >200hp/tic Poison and >800hp Ice spikes.
    Ouchie.
Last NM we fought was a grey Gallu.

We dropped 1x Great Axe, 2x Axe, 1x H2H and several assorted stones.

Event looks fun tbh, shame about drops.

    Just did a 3/2/2/Sword
Primary objective was to spawn and kill a Mistmaw; had to check Noetic Ascensions until we found the one that spawned the boss.

Had a matamata and an acuex on the map while looking for the ascension. The acuex dropped 3 +2 stones:

The matamata gave some shards and this message, no stones:

The boss was a corse. Used Gala Macabre and cast Comet, Impact, and Sleepga. Was susceptible to Sudden Lunge.

After the NM died, a Living Cairn popped, but we only had a few minutes left so didn't bother with it.

We did another run, this time 1/1/1/Sash

Primary objective was to check the correct Noetic Ascension, and upon finding it, spawned the red Aura Statue NM. (pattern perhaps?) Killed it and it dropped the Gun

We went up another floor, next objective was kill 20 NQ mobs. Once we did that, the NM popped (a brown Behemoth looking NM), we only had 1 minute remaining, so we engaged it to see what it would do. It started fucking us up is what it did. Every time it used Howl, it leveled up. We keyed out.

That NM is no fucking joke.

An addendum to my previous post, specifically, Bow augments.

I used a Leafslit Stone on the Bow, got Phys. Dmg. Taken -1%. The augment from the Snowtip Stone remained.

Now for some Snowslit Stone augments. All are NQ

    Stone 1 - Magic Attack Bonus +9
    Stone 2 - Attack +13
    Stone 3 - Mag. Evasion +4

    3/2/2/Shield

    First floor: kill 20 monsters.
Had a craklaw on the field that gave another message, didn't get an SS of this one but is was something along the lines of "the creatures' strength is no longer inhibited". No idea what effect it had.

Boss was an Uragnite. Used every uragnite TP move (Painful Whip one shot someone) and the poison from Venom Shell was extremely potent. Dropped an axe and assorted NQ stones.

Second floor objective: kill 24 monsters.
No special ones on this floor. Boss was a dvergr. Used all dvergr moves including Tundris Shriek and Bifrost Squall. Had an innate intimidation effect. SAM circle and sigil both worked obviously. Dropped a sword and assorted NQ stones.

Did a 3/3/3/Sword in Cirdas, Spawned the same Acquex, got 3 + stones as well from it. It was a little purple Acquex if i recall.

Anyway, On the fourth or third floor on this run, we got a cutscene while zoning up that showed a Twitherym floating by... When we zoned up, the entire zone was Twitherym, none of them aggroed. The new NM Jester-thing was there. Some info on his fight.

    Name: Balamor's Adumbration

Normal hits vary... A "Gun" like finger-shoot thats conal, a move where he hurls a black ball at the ground which is AoE... Didnt see the others.

    TP Moves:
"Setting the Stage" - Not sure what it did. He spoke in chat "Bwehehe! What will the critics think of this? - This is likely the Physical immunity TP move reported, I'd stun it.
"Feast of Arrows" - AoE heavy-ish Damage ~1k+.
"Regurgitated Swarm" - AoE Medium damage 500~800
    "Cruel Joke" - AoE Doom
--- DD noted one of these Amnesia'd, another Slow'd. Not sure which.

    Spells:
    Death (Single Target)
AoE Impact/Single target spells (Like Comet). (comet about 700 dmg or so)
Spammed Sleepga at one point (like 5-6 times in a short period)
Spammed Silencega at one point as well.

We lost... It was close though, just weren't prepared for Doomga and this Megaboss being here.

Are weapons zone-specific like the old ones were? I wonder.
