Fall 2014 Anime Season Thread

ShigaUso Ep.11

So good, so good. The animation, the BGM, the story, everything just staying fantastic. The music during the final scene with the fire-flies, when it went silent and then came back in with a boom, easily the best moment of the episode. They did skip a few little lines here and there that really add a buncha depth to the characters, but given what's still to come, there's still plenty of opportunity for the story to jump back and include them (and I hope they do).

Given the pace, the next musical performance will be in about 2 episodes I think. The manga only has about 2 chapters left from what I hear (at about 40 pages each, once a month mind you). Next raw doesn't come out until January though and the raw for 42 left off at one hell of a moment +_+

I was waiting for Kousei to make his move in that scene. It reminded me of the night scene from EF.

Also, saw this on reddit. Tsubaki is not amused that Kaori and Kousei are playing a song together again.

So WIXOSS... while I liked the whole in general, I feel the 2nd season didn't live up to what I expected it to be. Oh well.

I'm assuming ep 12 was the final ep of Amagi brilliant park because that just seemed so well like an ending. Next week is probably an OVAish episode (calling it now!)

Was decent, but why are there still things that are not Full Metal Panic happening? That's the real question.

Not so much the hitting the 500k people goal part, that was good. But just the part involving the wizard and the princess felt kind of... too open ended

From what I've been told the light novel goes further, so that's not rly the true ending (though it's the ending of that arc)

That makes sense. I did really like the series though, wouldn't mind a second season at all.

This is a great reason why I love sports. Ain't nothing better than the joy or winning and the agony of losing. The stories of each and every character make for great character growth and development.

I stopped watching the anime because I spoiled myself with the manga. I didn't have the heart to watch the match =X
