i know, but this looks like RL issues to me now. He seems very unhealthy. i get why he looked that way the last season, healing from the trials etc etc blabla. But some time has passed and he still looks like he is on the verge of dying any second.

Apparently he's had an arm injury and have been unable to workout (which, now that I think about it, they worked in to the episode - him wearing a cast and all), but there's no information about him being sick. There was a point where his son was sick for the first time and he was worried, because he (J.P) had a cold and was worried he had given it to his son, but I don't think that would affect his appearance. Personally I didn't notice him looking as bad as you say he does.

yes they have i know, but they were "only" fighting had some dispute or were dead. This time... one of them was a Demon and a possible villain for the entire season arch...

Her name is Rowena. The actress that plays her is Scottish and if she keeps her accent, my guess would be that she is most likely related to Crowley (Wife or his mother who was a witch). If she is one of the two, then her appearance may be an unintended consequence to the timeline for letting Crowley's son live.
