Trying to update the Windower resources, can someone confirm Plasma Charge please? That time seems weird. Also would like to confirm that Zephyr Mantle didn't change, because according to SE the duration should have increased. Also, did Regeneration only increase in effect, not in duration? Not that I'm doubting you (@fattucus), just to double check before I push new resources out.
Also, we had Diamondhide as 1min 30s before, according to this post it was 5min before. Out of curiosity, which was right?

Does metallic body still cap at like 150hp?
Hmmm, I have all avatar and fenrir, pretty sure I did carbuncle when it mattered(might not have been on this char), is there anything else I'm missing to be able do buy Avatar KI?
Friend of mine had the same issue, he had fenrir but couldnt get KI on his mule. Check your quest completion for all trial by quests
I'm talking to the propper npc, I guess I'll check quest, maybe some of my avatar were from lvl20 quest and not 75, I'll do that tomorrow, thx.
Then that is odd cause I have all avatar, just need lvl 75 titan win, I'll do that tomorrow and report, too late for me now
May be erroneously checking for full completion in one quest line. Bits and pieces of both quests probably don't qualify
Check to make sure you dont have any tuning forks on you, or if you have any whispers not turned in, anything.
Make sure you have all "trial by" quests as completed. Like i said, friends mule can summon fenrir, but didnt have trial by water finished.

So normal mobs in yorcia skirmish give 50 cp 200 xp. The dens give 167 cp 600 xp. Killing 2 at once just combines the cp/xp message into 1.

Any idea what procs do? Wonder if it lowers their attributes cuz it doesn't stagger them or increase treasure or lock Astral Flow.
Perhaps since AF take a good 2-3sec to charge up, maybe if you time a stagger while it's readying an Astral Flow it prevents it or weakens it? (a similar mechanic exists for Voidwatch though it's not very well known; for TierVI VW mobs like Botulus, yellow and red procs only last for 50% of their usual duration but if you proc while it's csasting or using a TP move, you get the usual stagger duration) So the idea of staggering while a mob is using a TP move or spell to get some kind of effect is within reason.
