What's the best way to do the recast path? The one where you need to kill them with afflicted elemental debuff.

Light path seems easy enough with diaga, but I'm not sure about the others that aren't just single target > kill, which looks tedious.

Ask a blu friend to help you, they have thunder based debuff

Go to aby. Be a SCH/DRK and use Manifestation Absorb Spell of the correct Element. For example Thunder path is Absorb MND as far as I remember. Kill the whole spawn with AOE Kaustra. Get 2hr back with chest > repeat

this sums it up pretty much.

Just a curious question, whats the point on the elemental recast staves, barely any are usefull (albeit i have 6 from pre Adoulin). The thunder one lost its use due to resist on stuns since its lacks the m.acc skill of ilvl weapons. I only use the earth wind and light (and thats for only a handfull of spells like 5)

Mainly light/wind/earth as you said. Erase/haste/stoneskin/blink/etc.
