The ilvl sync for older post-50 dungeons is... well, understandable, but still not enthusiastic over it.
I think the withdraw penalty is a little overboard, I'd rather 2 withdraws puts withdraw on a 30 minute cooldown, rather than no duty at all.

I'm slightly pissed at this actually because the fucked up queue withdraw spam from ST was never caused by one person. This only fucks with princess tanks/healers who queue fish. I don't personally care that much because I don't DF that often but if this prevents you from DFing ANYTHING, even in a premade, that's kind of bullshit punishment for only 3 withdraws in an entire day.Players who select Withdraw from the Duty Ready confirmation window or allow the window to time out without making a selection three times or more in one day, will be temporarily prohibited from registering for duties via the Duty Finder.
I was a bit confused on Hide/SA/TA not being combat usable until you guys talked about Suiton, makes much more sense now. Though the point of having 2 stances that each only alter one move seems kind of silly. I guess you'd want Stun>Silence one if you don't want to fuck with Stun DR, Mug>HP stance otherwise?

So basically NIN's combos are:
Storm's eye combo (Spin 150-> Gust 200 -> Dancing 260 -slashing 20s)
Full Thrust combo (Spin 150 -> Gust 200 -> Aeolian 320)
2 step Demolish (Spin 150 -> Shadow Fang 200 + 240/18s [440])
Touch of Death (Mutilate 60 + 300/30s [360])
Off GCD they get:
Mug 140 (50% HP absorb with stance)
Jugulate 80 (silence, stun with stance)
Assassinate 200 (under 20% HP)
*Suiton-Trick attack (400)
Their Kiss stances are a constant 20% damage boost.
Mudras all share a recast and have a 5s duration and you need to chain up to 3 of them for some of the effects, so they'll probably have like a 1s Mudra-only "GCD".
The recast time for Ninjutsu appears to vary depending on the skill used (description says recast begins on skill execution) so it's hard to say how often they'll be used.
I get the feeling the recasts will be long enough that you won't be spamming Ninjutsu, it'll be more of an intermittent "use whichever is currently needed" skill.
