Fish that appear only in certain combinations of weather conditions have been added.
E.g. Breeds of fish that only appear in rainy storms that directly follow sunny spells.

Fish that only appear based on your previous catches have been added.
E.g. Breeds of fish that only appear after five of their natural predator have been caught.

Players who select Withdraw from the Duty Ready confirmation window or allow the window to time out without making a selection three times or more in one day, will be temporarily prohibited from registering for duties via the Duty Finder.

Hopefully this will at least reduce the endless stream of a party member has abandoned messages for some duties.

Lets just hope the core rotation is a bit more exciting/refreshing

Additional Effect: Increases the amount of items dropped by target if Mug is the finishing blow.

Looks pretty solid!

Lvl 120 and 130 gear that will be BIS until the expansion, new tomestone weapons, plenty of gear....

BUT
I don't see anything about being able to redo Second Coils. I thought that was coming at the patch?

Shiva dropping i110 weapons is pretty lame, but the i120 wrist will be important for a while.

how to dps with nin:

1) get warrior to do storms eye for you
2) open with trick attack
3) mutilate is ninja touch of death
3) spinning edge-shadow fang is ninja chaos thrust
4) spinning edge-gust slash-Aeoilian Edge is the filler DPS combo
5) goad your monk for tp. "lol inferior eastern martial artist"
6) john madden the ninjutsu (really just the attack speed buff and the lightning attack)
7) rabbit medium for the instant victory

kiss of the wasp/viper are cooldowns, mug/assassinate/jugulate probs oGCDs. the only positionals are a rear/front opener and a flank storm's eye. looks like a mix between all the other melee systems with some every-15-seconds naruto BS on top, which you apparently can't interrupt with other skills until you finish the ninjutsu, which seems like it could feel kinda clunky

NIN have their own slashing debuff (identical to SE, doesn't stack with it).

they also have....
