Yeah I hear T7 is the hardest and while I'd like to beat it I'd also like a break before Heavensward so I'm hoping we do T8 then stop.

9 is probably the easiest of savage coil, so don't think things will suddenly become easier for you..

Did you have problems with 6 or something? That shit was way easier than 9 and I expect 8 to take less time to clear too.

8 is much harder than 9, a lot more coordination needed from the group. Also, even in i130 gear, you'll probably still hit at least 1 set of the difficult towers, but if not then it's not so bad.

Most people (that I know) do 9 first or say it's easiest (whether you wanna say 6 is easier/harder than 9) because 9 is basically "Normal T9 with more shit happening". As opposed to the others where "more shit happening" can significantly affect approach and coordination.

From my view in loli130 clears
T6- Seemed like a healing fight as you can burn a lot but more damage incoming can go up.
T7- "Simple" just like normal T7, just have to get use to the extra mob to kite/adds/final phase. Once our group got the pattern down it was zzz
T8- Really need to have all towers figured out before even going inside. Assign people to them and such. I had /echo T1-O T2 x T3 O (not even sure if those were mine) but I could spam those so my chat log showed what I am going for when next tower set was up. If you are on same tower with another person pretty often, help them out, call out "it's to the left/right, far back" so they can plan on it.
T9- P3 most got caught up on not moving fast enough or too fast, but really was normal mode + a few thingers.

With T6 I only saw one troubling mechanic and that was the one that wasn't in normal mode. But with T9 there were so many things that had to go perfectly and a bad dose of RNG could easily wipe you. Most annoying parts being when almost all meteors come down in the same corner, first heavensfall pattern starting on top of you or bad dive pattern. Took us a while to get dives right and it wasn't helped by wipes to random shit along the way that we should have known better on (IE less runs per night where we even saw dives)

Got my Zodiac (almost Zeta), and T10, T12, and T13 down (not T11 <.<) and almost BIS for BRD already. Am ready for HW. :3

We started on T8 last night, made it to the third set consistently. So much coordination involved and the fight doesn't even get crazy until the 4th set I've heard.

It's because you're stunned in ballistic missile for like half of the duration you're allowed for the tower.

No more achievements in reach left, within reason. PVP queues are shit and I missed the boat on getting most of that done, and should of changed GC's sooner but this is the best I could do from 2.0-3.0. I am sure HW will make me pull my hair out trying to complete everything that is required then ; ;

Anywho last achievement done, fuck chocobo racing it's a complete bull shit waste of time to do 3000 of them.
