I need to control and Iphone remotly

I did the worst thing in my life, and got my mom an Iphone. Now she calls me every day to ask me questions about it, and she's pretty bad at following advices.

She doesn't live close to me so i'm kinda fucked. Is there a way without jailbreak (and free if possible) that i can remotetly control her Iphone and repair problems she gets sometime?

What part of "it just works" do you not understand?!

About the only thing I'm seeing is Veency, but that requires jailbreak. Doubt apple would normally allow their phones to be remotely controlled. Is she familiar with how to setup a web cam on a pc? Could get her to just show it to you that way as you guide the blind among the just werks buttons and menus. Eventually she'll get it though, just have to convince her that she can't easily break it and to search about it (get her to make a backup with itunes). At least she has an interest in the thing. Incoming hilarious data usages.

Nah it's just can type put Caps where needed and stuff like that

I seem to remember seeing some news article about Teamviewer having the ability to do this, but I never tried it myself.

Your best bet is going to be to jailbreak the phone.

Cool. Does it let you do what you were hoping? I imagine it to be a thing that'd let me open apps, click, type, and home button and that'd be about it.

Nah all it does is let me see the battery/disk space/RAM
What apps are installed
What WIFI he's on
and I can add a new wifi connection or email address

oh and ican request a Screenshot of the screen the user is on atm

That blows. If you can't navigate settings it's not even worth it.

Yea, jailbreaking it is really the best option.
