Does the game include all the DLC? Especially the lightning only one where she was 6 jobs in 1 char or something.

I may buy this. 1080p!
Completely forgot about this game coming out today. DLing now. 28.6gb
It's worse than XIII btw, performance sucks.
both run "well" for me on windowed 1080p 2048 shadows x16aa
No Framerate issues, IQ on XIII-2 seems worse than XIII. Cant make them run Full screen or any higher res without causing trouble.
I haven't had any problems yet.
What sort of issues are you seeing and what settings?
Been playing for the last hour, no issues and its running very very smoothly.
It has been a while since I beat XIII-1. Never played 2.
Does it explain how things got to be the way they are in XIII-2 or did I miss something.
It does, it's a pretty important plot point.
If by smooth you mean an FPS fluctuating between 15 and 60 then I guess that yeah, it does that very well.
I've had no issues with stuttering/frame rate drops. Then again I had no issues with 13 either.
Nailed it.

Game runs like shit on both my 780 and 970 no matter what settings I try. Can't keep a steady 60 fps for more than a few seconds at a time. Battles are the worst, constantly dropping into the 30s and 40s. For those of you not experiencing this, what GPUs are you using?
what settings are you running?
Runs 100% fine for me with 1080p windowed x16 aa 2048 shadows. Full screen fucks everything up for me. Idk if it is because I have a 1440p monitor or not.
Im on a 970 as well.
980 GTX running at 1080p windowed (using a program to set the render resolution to 1200p borderless fullscreen) with 8192 shadows and 4x MSAA.
No issues yet, but I haven't played very far.
Port analysis of XIII and XIII-2 by Durante.
I think most interesting thing is thisThey should definitely fix the sound issue in a patch if possible. It's something that could drive away a lot of people from the game if they don't know how to fix it or what is causing the problem. In terms of audio, FFXIII-2 seems to be affected by a bug related to the number of audio channels offered by your driver and sound hardware. On my system, I’ve observed the following:
2 channels (stereo): everything works fine
4 channels: some voices and sound effects come from the entirely wrong direction
6 channels: everything works fine again
8 channels: consistent white noise from some channels drives you crazy
As such, at least until/unless this issue is patched, you should probably set your audio driver to either 2 or 6 channels, and let it up/down-mix to your actual hardware configuration.
Also others said you can also fix by turning the sound on and off until it goes away.
I had a fucking nightmare with this game for an hour or two.
The camera was whizzing around in circles and I felt like a drunk trying to navigate Serah from her bed. Ended up unplugging every USB and removing software for controllers to find out... it was my god damned mouse? Once I shut off all the drivers for the mouse, suddenly everything was fixed. :X :<
It's like some people are having issues with it, some are not. Will still buy when I'm 100% done with XIII.
I'm waiting for Lighting Returns to purchase them all in a super bundle.
