Nexus stage was added way later, it's too soon for that. Probably closer to 3.0 we'll get the final upgrade to 135.

Pretty sure he made a comment saying that relics would end at Zodiac and 3.0, and those expecting to have a whole set of atma, alex, and bullshit farmed up for drk, agent and whatever else I seriously doubt they would consider adding old relic content with an outdated weapon and waste a potential legendary weapon name on something that is obsolete by the expansions release.

Kinda hope they normalized DRG's PDEF to balance out the MDEF boost. Would be kind of stupid otherwise.

No motivation to do that relic quest, not going through that bullshit again for an outdated weapon. It's useless to anyone doing Coil. The time it will take to get it should have been i130.

My DRG has 635DEF 504MDEF, a similarly geared MNK friend has 508 508

Novus was at least on par with a T8 weapon upgrade and in some cases better, so even if you couldn't beat T9 (or had shit RNG luck) the relic had worth.

I wouldn't say it's useless because I'm sure there's a lot of groups out there where i125 weapons will be the difference between them hitting or missing the DPS check. I mean let's not pretend that every group can roll T12 for i130 weapons.

For shiva in french notes it says

La pincée de poussière de diamant apparaît désormais dans le butin du combat "L'Amphithéâtre d'Akh Afah (extrême)".

Which means Diamond Dust is IN the loot pool

good, maybe now i can get the last 2 weapons i need because people will be farming it again that can actually clear it. it was getting hard to get a farm party because everyone already got all the weaps/accs.

Getting reports that Shiva does, in fact, drop a Diamond Dust 100% of the time to everyone. Haven't confirmed myself though. Too busy failing to get a single Zodiac KI
