How stupid are the people that placed the Survival Guides. I was unlocking the new ones and the one in Pashow Marshlands[S] is actually BEHIND the door you click that zones you into Beadeaux[S]. So is like impossible to reach by legitimate means....

Its already posted as an official issue on the ffxi page along with people crashing when trying to use survival guides when thrifty transit is up.

So for the most part, the SU1 gear seems incredibly underwhelming.

Unless there are some sort of hidden effects, we may have to wait for SU2 and beyond.

I did make a couple of NQ Mage feet and one HQ. I can't epuip them yet though. Is anyone on Shiva willing to test?

Mistral axe got a huge boost, especially at 2k.

Ruinator and rampage seem to be the best at 1k, mistral around 1.5k-3k.

Gonna have to snag some Grape and Rolanberry Daifuku and see if either are remotely worth it for nuking.

The dev says it is small amounts so not sure it will help much. Though I'm thinking it might help land debuffs. I'm wondering which type of haste the other one is... could be rather game changing if it's not gear

So tested Grape Daifuku.

My thunder I dmg on smn/sch went from 185 to 190 so yay 3 mab for master

Ramuhs thunderspark went from 706 to 772. Which assuming 99 avatars have 40 native mab that comes out to a whooping 13 pet mab from food

Ok now Bean Daifuku:

Used Hurler Percival because pets with multi attacks were doing weird things.. First let it attack a mob with no pet haste for 108 sec and got 20 attacks in. So 5.4 seconds per round or 324 delay

Then equipped 26% pet haste. Attacked for 121 seconds got 30 attacks. 4.0333 seconds per round or 242 delay 25.30% less than no haste as expected of capped gear

Then ate Beans and attacked with no gear haste. 24 attacks in 122 seconds so 5.0833 seconds per round or 305 delay. That's 5.86% less than no haste so let's say ~6% haste from the food.

Then tried food and capped gear haste. 31 attacks 120 seconds. 3.8709 seconds per round or 232.25 delay. Which is 28.3% lower than no haste which makes no sense <.<. It's enough where it's clearly higher than capped gear but only by about half as much as the first test was. Unless it isn't haste and just some kind of delay reduction

Edit: It also gave both master and pet 3 vit woot. 75 acc to the pet and 50 for the master
